Значи това са следните текстове, ако някой може да ги преведе ще съм благодарен. :-D

Thank you for your inquiry. We have reviewed your account and see that
you were credited $30 for your payout request from July 7th.

Please note that we do NOT charge each purchase you make and we do NOT
credit each cash-out you make. Your final daily transaction is
determined by calculating your Daily Total.

The Daily Total is calculated by the following formula:

Total Purchased vs. Total Cashed Out = Daily Total.

If your purchases amount to less than your cash-outs, then your Daily
Total will be positive and you will be sent the difference by cheque,
E-wallet credit or Visa Credit.

Example:
$50 (total purchased) vs. $78 (total cashed out) = $28 in winnings
(Daily Total)

Your account July 7, 2009:
$20 (total purchased) vs. $50 (total cashed-out) = $30 in Winnings
(Daily Total)

You did cash out for $50, however you also purchased $20 in chips. We
did not debit this $20 purchase from your credit card. Instead, we
subtracted this amount from your $50 cash-out. This resulted in $30 in
winnings which we posted as a credit to your credit card ending in
***7789 on July 7th.
Please note the actual posting of your credit may depend upon the
billing cycle of the issuing bank of your credit card, and this credit
may not show up for up to 10 business days.

If you have any further questions about this then we would be happy to
assist you. Please do not hesitate to write again.

Best regards!

Thank you for your reply. We hope that this will clarify the situation
for you.

The $20 remaining is the difference between what you had withdrawn for
the day and what you had deposited. When you request a $20 deposit and
$50 withdrawal in the same day, we look at the two transactions and
balance them out. Instead of charging your card for $20 and refunding
your card for $50 in two separate transactions, we simply take the net
balance and do one transaction for the $30.

You can think of it as you owing us $20 and us owing you $50. Rather
than going through every step of you handing us your $20 and us handing
you back $50, we simply skip ahead to the point that you are ahead $30
for the day, and so that is what we credit to your card.

If this still does not clear up then please let us know, and we will try
and explain it once again.

Best Regards!
