плз помогнете ми трябва ми за утре спешно писмото ПЛЗ.Ето това за указанията:You have just returned from a trip to Florida.You flew there and back with Ocean Air.You decide to write to the airline to complain about your flight.

i want to complain about my flight to Florida with the Ocen Air airlines.
My flight was on the third of May and we were supposed to take off at nine o'clock in the morning.However there was a delay and i had to wait at the airport for half an hour.During this time i wasn't even offered a seat in the waiting room.After i finaly got on the plane i was seated next to a man,who during the whole flight wanted to sleep so i couldn't watch the DVD you provided without headphones.However when i asked a woman from the staff,she said they were out of headphones.
I also have a comment to make on your supposably good choise of food.I am a vegetarian for health reasons and i can eat no meat at all.But when i asked for a salad they allowed me to choose from only two types of salad and one of them had meat in it.So i only had one choise of food.
I hope that you will read my letter and will make some changes.
