I was reading a book when the phone rang. The last thing I expected was to hear his voice- a voice I`ve been dying to hear just a month ago. So I picked up without any thoughts of him. In the moment I heard his voice I was just about to fall down. A tear fell from my eye. The TV was on but I couldn`t hear anything, it seemed like everything had disappeared, all that was left was my heart and the sound it made. All he said was "I miss you" and while he was saying it I realised I wasn`t ready to hear it, I didn`t want to. I wanted to cry, to tell him that I loved him but the only sound I was able to make was " It`s too late now". Then I thrеw my phone on the floor and started crying...
