It’s better to be a member of a group than to be the leader in a group

In my opinion it’s as well to be a member of a group as it’s to be the leader in a group. The leader is a member of that group, too. He just has to bear more responsibilities. He’s the person who has to make the members of the group closer. The leader makes the main decisions but with the thoughts of the members of the group. If the judgment they have taken is wrong the fault is not the leader’s but the all group’s because they have made the decision together and the leader just had the last word. To be a leader is a great pride. He must be chosen by the members of the group because of his properties. They choose him because they think that he can be their representative, that he can protect their rights. It’s not too easy to be the leader. You must be responsible, determinded, you have to deserve other’s trust. However, it’s worth to be a leader because you’ll be satisfied and proud with the good results of your work. To be a member of a group is not too bad thing in case of that you don’t reply for any mistakes but your thoughts and opinions aren’t as respected as the leader’s.
Being a member and a leader of a group has its own pluses and minuses. That’s why I think that it’s as well to be the leader of a group as it’s to be a member of a group.
