Would you say: I have been there last year or I went there last year?

Yes, like always you are right For that I wrote "good", there where you can answer in the same tense, do it, but when it's not correct, don' do it I want to ask you something, where do I have to put commas in English, we haven't studied that, my teachers say that it's not so important.

Commas are extremely important. It is the same as in Bulgarian. However, in the Bulgarian schools that is not taught or as far as I know is not paid any attention to.

Putting commas is a bit complex. You always put a comma before the conjunctions so and but. Before but is almost always, but if you put it every time you will be right in 99% of the cases. You always put a comma after an introductory adverb, such as however, first, second, consequently...You always put a comma before such as. You always put a comma before and after an appositive and after an introductory phrase of 5 words or more. I do not know, if those rules mean much to you, but, if some examples will clarify it, let me know...

I forgot that one...you always put a comma before if. Before and/or many argue that you should always put a comma, but even more consider this incorrect so I would recommend that you stay away from putting commas in front of those 2. When you have items on a complicated list, you would also separate them with a comma.

I studied English in LinguaMundi Plovdiv. I took 3 General courses ending with Upper-intermediate and one conversational, again Upper-int level. Now I consider to take another course during the summer - it could be either General Advanced ot Cambridge FCE! Wish me luck!
