Your significant other is only as perfect as you’re willing to see them.

Yes, there will be cycles you’re gonna go through because of whatever flaws this person has, whether it be: cheating, arguing, growing distant, etc.
And actually, arguing is a natural part of a relationship. Disagreements and misunderstandings happen. It means the other person cares enough to make a big deal. (I’m not saying that arguing all the time is healthy either though /: )
At the end of the day, it’s how *you* are willing to tolerate these flaws. At the end of the day, do they outweigh your happiness?

You personally should know when you’re being walked all over, what sort of stuff is unforgivable, and where you should draw the line…. but I’m sick of all these guys and girls nowadays. I’m not saying you should stay with someone who constantly hurts you, but stop looking for this non-existent super human lover.
You’re gonna hurt them, they’re gonna hurt you. It’s an equal exchange. That’s a relationship. What’s important is how much the love outbalances the hurt.

They’re gonna end up miserable and alone looking for this super-lover…
You know who I’m talking about. I’m talking about all those extremely human jerks who you’ve grown to love like a god despite whatever rough spots you’ve gone through, but they could never take you as you were.
Just know that in less than 10 years from now, they’re gonna remember you and they’re gonna miss you. It’s gonna hit them that no one loved and accepted their shit like you did.
